1:1 Personal Training

  • £50 per 60-minute session
  • Includes personalised exercise 
    programming, form coaching, 
    progression and support.

Block Package:

  • 10 sessions for £450

Two-Person Shared Training

Train with a friend, sister, partner or colleague.

  • £70 per 60-80 minute session for both
    (£35 per person)
    A supportive, motivating and cost 
    effective way to train.

    All sessions are in person, in your home, in Harpenden, Redbourn, Wheathampstead
